    The 2018 Friends of Fort Hunter annual fundraising event includes a new, fun and localized twist – a farm-to-river experience. On the front lawn of the Fort Hunter Mansion overlooking the river, as the warm summer day winds down, attendees will enjoy locally-sourced, homemade dinner offerings, (click here for a sneak peek at the menu), along with local brews, wines and live acoustic music by RiverRat Jenkins. Be amazed with sleight-of-hand tricks by David Peka.  Patrons will be hosted prior to the dinner, at 5 p.m., Dinner-only begins at 6pm.  Tickets Patrons $150 and up, $60 dinner only guests

    Fallingwater and Flight 93 National Memorial Bus Trip

    Join the Friends of Fort Hunter for a scenic bus trip through Laurel Highlands fall foliage.

    *Tour Frank Lloyd Wright’s Fallingwater                                       *Savor a delicious buffet lunch at the historic Stone House Inn   *Visit the Flight 93 National Memorial

    The trip will leave promptly at 7AM from the Fort Hunter east parking lot where cars will be safely parked throughout the day.  After the tour of Fallingwater, you’ll have time to explore the property and visit the Museum Store.  Back on the bus for the trip to the Stone House Inn for a scrumptious lunch and then on to the Flight 93 Memorial where there will be time to visit the Visitor Center exhibits and Memorial Plaza.
