A Walk and A Stretch in the Park
Enjoy beauty, history and good health with yoga instructor Traci Wolfe as she leads a 1 hour and 15 minute walk around the park, guides a 35 minute yoga session along the banks of the Susquehanna River and concludes with a 10 minute meditation. Sign-in begins at 8:30 am in the Centennial Barn. Come alone or bring your friends and family as we celebrate and enjoy our county parks. This program is offered on the National Park Service’s National Parks RX Day which encourages people to visit parks for their good health. If it is raining, the yoga and meditation sessions will be offered in the Centennial Barn, the walk may be canceled. Free, donations accepted but not required.
