DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, July 18\, 2026 | 9 – 11 AM | Fort Hunter Park (Barn Room 2) | $22 per participant \n\nEarth altars are known as ephemeral nature-based artworks. A forest mandala is one example of an earth altar. During this program\, we will learn about the “how-to’s” and the health and A wellness benefits of creating earth altars/mandalas. Participants will also experience a forest-bathing-inspired sensory invitation before creating individual earth altars/mandalas. No worries\, creating a forest altar/mandala requires no arts and crafts skills or talent. A Park Rx wellness program sponsored by Highmark Blue Shield.
