Built on a bluff overlooking the Susquehanna River, Fort Hunter Mansion and Park has served as a war fort, a hub for frontier commerce, and an exclusive private estate. Now preserved and open to the public, Fort Hunter Mansion and Park invites you to explore Pennsylvania's rich history.
View the mansion decorated for the season by the Harrisburg Garden Club with natural trimmings of fresh evergreens, fruits and fresh and dried flowers on a guided tour. The Mansion is open 10 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Tuesday – Saturday and 12 noon – 4:30 p.m. on Sundays through December 23. Closed Mondays.
