AfroCardio is a one-of-a-kind dance fitness workshop. This invigorating\, uplifting workshop is taught by Certified Group Fitness Instructor Ashia J. AshiaJ AfroCardio\, LLC brings a unique Afrocentric experience to dance fitness where participants will learn Afro Beat dance moves along with signature cardio training dance moves that help shred the core\, strengthen muscles\, and increase flexibility.\nNo dance or fitness experience is needed for this fun\, energetic workshop. ALL levels are encouraged to participate. AfroCardio is where health and wellness meet fitness and culture. Ashia J brings people together from diverse backgrounds to embrace their wellness journey while taking them on a journey of dance culture.
