We can’t control the world, but we can control how we choose to focus. This program will teach the basics of meditation with a focus on discovering your true inner power. We are much more powerful than we think.  We tend to minimize ourselves, but we needn’t do that. Come and learn ways to connect with your inner power and blossom. We can choose to live life with a positive and loving heart. Meditation is a generic tool, useful for people of all belief systems, and a way to calm the mind. It helps us have a happy and peaceful mind. Participants should be age 12 and older. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. A Park Rx wellness program sponsored by Highmark Blue Shield. Pre-registration is required, space is limited.
