Private Tour Groups

Upon clicking “Submit,” I acknowledge that my group trip is not yet officially booked. After submission, a Fort Hunter Mansion and Park representative will contact me to confirm the trip details and provide me with a final cost and payment options. Fort Hunter Mansion and Park group trips require a minimum of 10 paying participants. Bus drivers will receive complimentary admission as part of the group. I understand that group trip dates are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and my group trip date is subject to change. I understand that I will not receive a refund if fewer participants attend than what was agreed upon at the time of booking. Further, I understand that I will be charged for each additional person attending not previously included in the reservation in accordance with the rates previously listed.
